Cannot update 11.0.2.13 on Start Up Page

This is not the first time an update crashes with Error 406. I've had it in X5 10 a few times.
I follow instructions to update using 11.0.2.13 and it crashes.
I tried the hint by someone (in X5 Answers) and used imUpdate.exe -- I could not see X5 in the Task Manager, only the update.
Can you fix this issue please?

Actually, I tried "imUpdate.exe" wrong. Since I had earlier versions of X5 (9, 10), I might have clicked on the wrong imUpdate.exe.
When I clicked on the imUpdate.exe in the X5 11 folder, all went well and it completed the update correctly.
