You would need to designate a discrete URL for each Partner, thus:

http://www.avadvertising.biz/partner1.html

http://www.avadvertising.biz/partner2.html

http://www.avadvertising.biz/partner3.html

There can only be one Welcome Page per project, but you could link from the Welcome Page to the individual partner pages.  This would allow a visitor to your website to go straight to the landing page of their choice, bypassing the Home Page (index.html)

In WebSite X5 you will need to create the pages manually and then assign them to the partner.
