What is X5 supports official contacts? here in the forum questions remain undetected for several days.

This forum is the official support channel for WebSite X5 software.
Support is provided via a mixture of ordinary users like you and me, plus of course the full backup of the Incomedia support staff.
Your questions haven't gone undetected. The forums are monitored constantly by other X5 users and moderators. If a thread remains unanswered for a period then the usual reason is that no-one has anything valuable or useful to contribute at that point.
The Incomedia support staff are out of office during the weekend, but I would expect that they will respond to your queries very soon. The staff are extremely good at addressing each concern in rotation. Note that 'bumping' a thread has a negative effect on the time taken for staff to respond. If you are patient I can assure you that you will get first-class attention from Claudio, Samantha, or any of the other members of the Incomedia team.
If you prefer to communicate directly and exclusively with the Incomedia team only, then you can click the little padlock icon at the bottom right of your originating post on any thread. This will hide the post from view from regular users, and assure you of an official response.
