Installation on second computer

I have been asked by a Website 5X user to help with installation of the software on her laptop. She already has it installed on her desktop. Can you tell me what form the licence key takes. There is an 8 digit number under a barcode on the CD. Is the the licence ? WOudl she have been sent the licence key by email? If so she appears to have mislaid the email so can she get the licence key emailed to her again?

Best thing for her is to create an account here in Answers.
Then create a post like you did. Set this post to private and give the numbers that are on the cd, also her email adres.
Incomedia can then check the licence and help her get Answers working. But she needs an Account here, in there she will get the licence once everytihing is in order in her own profile (top right button here in Answers).
From there she can also download latest version and so on....
