2 Things: The System cannot find the file specified - email form and captcha

When I turn on Captcha, the field does not display the Captcha but if I highlight the area, it says "The system cannot find the path specified."
I turned off Captcha and entered information into the field without it and when I click Send, I get a white page that says "The system cannot find the path specified."
I've had Website X5 pro 10 and now have Pro 11 but this is the first website I've done. Great experience. I just need the form to work before I can continue.
I've changed the script type and that did not help. When I preview, I see the Captcha but not in Chrome or IE10. I'm going to continue working with it so it may appear different. Please let me know what I should change and I'll update it right away for testing.
Please help as soon as possible. I need this working by the 5th of January 2015. Thank you for your time!
Tony, Do you upload with x5, if not try to use the x5 upload and check again (use full opload). Also use ctrl-F5 after updating your website to get the latest changes in your browser.

Also, I just posted using "Upload all WebSite files to the Internet" and I received the same result in the form starting with the Captcha. If I can't get past that then I can't submit. I think the Captcha is pretty important. ~ T.

in order to Captcha works properly your server needs to supports PHP 5.x.
check and see which version of php is being used in godaddy server.
in my experiance godaddy is a good registrar (only for new domains, after that prices will jumps up when its time to renew) but as far as hosting, they been terrible and still are.
