you can add any kind of codes, any where inside your website, but editing the standard codes is not possible with x5 because it will not work without it, those being generated with x5 program.

after publishing your website you can use other program to edit your codes.

We are trying to integraet website5 to another web site

for style of the template, no you can not do that, but if you have 3rd party script which many of them comes with css and js, yes you can add them to your website.

3rd party scripts like gallery, pricing table, slider, etc
