How to Include imported html in Navigation bar

I am in the process of creating a Blog on Tumblr. I can by following these their instructions by "CNAME to:domains.tumblr.com" have my Blog's web address show for example as www.jpw.ca/My Blog.
I understand I can create text or a picture with a link
Question: Is there a way to have this page included in the navigation bar?

you can put any link to any website in your menu as menu item. Just select new level instead of page in step 2
then goto properties in step 2 for that level and set a link to the desired page.
