I am sure that Incomedia staff will give you an answer soon Yar, but in the meantime I will add my experience. I use Version 11 standard and have so far found that there are new templates added in frequently. Most of these are paid (you have to buy them) but there are free ones also.

So far I have not used the royalty free images available, as I prefer to take my own. They feature several for download each time you start up the program but I am not sure if new ones get added.

- there are 1500 free templates in the software, all free for you to use. We do add more templates now and then and these are to be paid for. You can find them here if you would like to see them http://answers.websitex5.com/templates

You can also find project templates if you like in this section http://answers.websitex5.com/projects

- As Wayne mentioned, you can find 6.000 royalty free images, offered by Photl.com and the possibility to add free images directly in WebSite X5, from Pixabay.
