Activation each time I open Evolution 10

This month I have had to activate Evolution 10 each time I open it. Working fine for about a year before. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled from my CD. Now having difficulty updating. If this is a ruse to get me to pay for an update to 11 it is having the reverse effect.
