Problem to launch websitex5 Home at first run

Hi,
I have a problem to launch this application using xp-sp3, This program use ‘ms dotNet v4′ this is not mentioned in the system requierments and which was not present in my PC neither versions: 3.5, 3, 2 or even 1, For own reasons I try never to use Apps based on it, The installation package already contained One, After a while; installation finished but the program wouldn’t start I just get an error message: (screencapture)

Please what is the reason and what to do to get it runing ?

Another user with a similar system to your own was able to install WebSite X5 after installing Microsoft .NET 3.5:

This definitly resolve my problem, Actualy I tested it with MS .NET 2 and has worked.
