how do you set a picture to fill across the full screen as it does on the new websitex5 site?

on all pages: goto template and use edit, if you use a standard template, copy it (duplicate), then edit the copy.
goto page background set image, use repeat -> fit to window
on single pages, goto properties button in step2 -> graphic tab, choose for content or full screen for picture, enable custom settings, use repaet : fit to window
