Yet another major issue. Urgent help needed.

After a clean install of Windows 10 Home and installation (and succesfull activation) of Website X5 Pro 10 I am not able to launch the program.

The program starts and then it crashes and the error report says this:

Hi Martin.

It looks like a problem with a currently installed font. Try and delete the font named Atman, and see if the issue is solved.

Waiting on your response

Hi Stefano,

thank you for your reply. Deleting the font regretfully did not help. Now it has a problem with another font, deleted it again and the problem came up with another one.

The program worked fine on Windows 8.1 with the same set of fonts.

Hi Martin,

we are aware of this issue with some version of Windows 10 regarding additional fonts.

The current solution is to move the fonts away until the program starts again, and then try and move them back to their original position.

Let me know if that helps

Do I understand it well so that I am supposed to remove the (800) fonts one by one until the program will eventually work properly? Im I missing something? Both Website X5 and Windows 10 are retail software, why am I forced to work for you as a beta tester for free? Is it not your work?

Hi Martin,

No, you're not supposed to remove 800 fonts one by one.

What I said, is to try and move them all together to another folder for a while, start the program and see if it works, and then move them back.

Let me know the results
