Transferring to a new computer - Windows 10

Am trying to transfer my software to a new computer with Windows 10.
The software (11.0.0.9) started up and everything seemed fine. However in the process of updating the old software to the newer versions, it failed with message: Error while updating 406. I tried this 3 times with the same result. The old program would not open the newer version files.
Hope you can help. I am only thinking that it cannot download so many updates in one go

Instead of installing the old version (11.0.0.9) and then attempting to update within the software itself, please download the most current release (11.0.8.31) from the following location:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator'... you can (if you wish) install directly over 11.0.0.9 - there is no need to uninstall first.
