I can not use your programme anymore, is keeps crashing on opening with the following error:

19-Sep-15 2:05:59 PM [EXCEPTION] Item has already been added. Key in dictionary: \'Myriad Pro\' Key being added: \'Myriad Pro\' mscorlib at System.Collections.Hashtable.Insert(Object key, Object nvalue, Boolean add) at System.Collections.Hashtable.Add(Object key, Object value) at WebsiteX5.BL.FontsLibrary..ctor() at WebsiteX5.BL.BLManager.fontLoader() at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(Object state) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state, Boolean preserveSyncCtx) at System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(ExecutionContext executionContext, ContextCallback callback, Object state) at System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart()

I have tried un-installing and re-installing, but the same message shows up again. I have sent the error to you, but you do not reply to me.

Please help, best regards Hessel F. de Boer

Hello Hessel F. De Boer,

The error message indicates that there is a font installed on your system called 'Myriad Pro' which is corrupt.

Please try to uninstall/remove this font from your computer and then attempt to open WebSite X5 again.

For further information, could you please confirm what Windows version you are using, and did this error message suddenly appear after migrating to a different version of Windows?

Many thanks,

Paul

Dear Paul,

I have deleted "Myriad Pro", this can only done after re-booting, as otherwise it is in use. Another error message showed up after this, to do with a font called "Proxima Nova", so I also deleted this font, and now WebSite X5 is properly working again, thanks.

Indeed, I upgraded from Windows 8 to 10, when this happened.

Kind regards,

Hessel F. de Boer.
