Problem with Header with Responsive design

I have a JPEG in my header that appears okay in the standard design, but when I reduce the size of the screen to see the effect of other screen setups all works well EXCEPT for the Header...it just disappears....what am I doing wrong?

The jpg from the desktop design is too large for the responsive display, you can use the template for responive pages a smaller jpg in the header or logo insert in the menu area. Where: 1 -Template style - structure of the template for mobile devices
