I just uploaded one of my projects to the web to an empty folder, except for a file named tnsams.zip, apsolutley nothing else in the folder yet X5 tells me that some of the files to uploaded already exist and will be over written. See image. What is going on?

I tested this with an empty folder and I put 1 graphic file in it, x5 uploaded with the message you also had. So I think it's only checking if it's not empty or sees known file formats.
Maybe the text of the message could be better (like folder is not empty, are you sure?)

Perhaps.... but it needs to be looked in to.
