What kind of support can I expect?

I like the software but am concerned about how much support I can expect from Italy. It is not feasible to call and need users to tell me if the support is there. I can currently usiing another product where support is a joke. How is it here?

Should you be needing support with technical issues, the forum Staff here provides an answers to each topic withing 24/48 hr during working days Mon-Fri.
The phone assistance is there, and in english too, but it's dedicated to installation/registration issues as well as commercial and administrative matters.
Should you decide to buy our product, and should you encounter problems either with it or with the support, you got 30 days time to get a full refund of the software.
So you're free to try and see whether or not the full service can work out for you.
