Prevent changing quantities on shopping chart 
Autor: Javier E.I am creating my website to showcase my tattoo work and at the same time i want to haev a store to sell my paintings, t-shirts adn prints of my paintigns. I have a few problems and cant find correct answer to them.
1- I have multiple t-shirts adn multiple prints so is ok if customer wwant to orrder more than one of each, but when it comes for the paintigns, i just want to sell or prevent the buyers to increse quantities to order adn even when i am not including the little box in my "catalog", it is still showing the option to change quantoty into the shoping chart.. how i delete thta box form there so buyers can not order more than the only painting i have, but still keep it on the other products like the t-shirts and prints
2-i want to leave the paypal/crdit-card optionas payment but i wan tto ma ke sure people pay before completing the order.. i am doing tests and it always show me that the order has being sumitted adn show a order number and all of that before requesting apayment.. I see the pay now or buy now button but it shows after order has beiing procesed..

The easiest way to get what you want in selling 1 piece only products, I think is by setting up a page with the picture of each painting, and then an Email Form for the user to directly contact you in order to buy the product, as there is no way to limit the purchase to 1.
For the other issue, you will recieve the email that the user completed the order procedure, but he might decide to pay later.
This is the way the software works, and allows you to know whether or not the user actually completed the procedure.
You will be able to check from your bank or paypal if the payment as arrived anyway.

hey Stefano... why to keep the quantity window showing in the shpping chart if i am already choosingnot to show it in the catalog (store) description? why not to tell the software that if i uncheck the box to not being showed in my store is becasue i dont want that option to be modified so rather better not to oinclude it once buyer is in the shopping chart?

and, there isnot a way to make sure people pay before they send the order so i dont receive fake orders or peopke playing woth the page andposting orders just fur "fun" for example so i dont need to be checking very incomplete email and checking who completed the payment asnd then checking the bank all the time to see what money clear in and from who and so on??

As of now, there is no way to add the quantity field in the Cart Summary.
I suggest you open a topic "Idea" suggesting this functionality which might be useful for other users too.
Also, it is not possible not to recieve orders confirmations, even though people decide not to pay in the end, because the owner has to be notified that the customer completed the order process.
