I have purchased Image Zoom and installed it from the Objects Management. I reloaded the programme but it don't see the widget in the side panel.
Have I to do some else to get it operational?

Click Manage on the right side of the window, then try to refresh using the icon.

Have you looked in the Galleries section of the Objects Management screen in Step 3 Pages Creation? (see the screenshot attached)
The Objects Management screen is accessed by clicking the icon marked 'Manage' which is located to the right-hand side of the screen, above the list of Main Objects in Step 3.
