Can't import picture with prof v12 and windows 10

Hi,
I buy the version X5 professional V12 and a new pc with windows 10.
I start to make a website, but i can't import a picture.
Only files in the online lybrary are visable, but files (picture's .jpg etc) are not visable.
So, what do i have to do to import a picture?
Before i was working with version V10 and that was ok
I test V12 on an older pc and that was also ok.
But prof. V12 and windows 10 it doesn't work

Hi Ron,
I had the same problems with Windows 10, I installed the v. 12.0.2.17, where images do not disappear, sometimes crashes the software, but then I open and functioning. in this version there are no problems with the pictures, if you want to test yourself

Ik krijg geen foutmelding, maar als ik een map open met foto bestanden (jpg), dan krijg ik een lege map te zien. Ik kan dus geen enkele foto op mijn website plaatsen.

I installed version 12.0.4.20 and i think i can't downgrade to 12.0.2.17
Hello Ron,
Please check in the dropdown menu during the image selection if it is set to "all files". Try also to repair the .NET frameworks and then test it again by following these steps:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
