I strongly suggest You to create some categories in Website X5 Answers in which the various support question/ideas You receive can be stored properly, so we (the users) can have access to them more easily.

I saw very often that in the community there already are all the solutions the users look for in order to solve their problems, but find them in that disordered plenty of posts is not so easy.

Introducing that subdivision You will have less questions to analize and reply and users will spend less time to solve their problems, so that feauture would probably bring benefits to everyone :)

Vi consiglio vivamente di creare delle categorie in Website X5 Answers in cui poter archiviare appropriatamente le diverse richieste di assistenza/idee che Vi vengono rivolte, in modo da poterne facilitare la consultazione da parte di noi utenti.

Spesso nel forum ci sono già tutte le soluzioni ai problemi che gli utenti cercano, ma trovarle in mezzo a quella marea confusa di post è un altro paio di maniche.

Così facendo voi avrete meno richieste a cui dover rispondere e gli utenti impiegheranno meno tempo per risolvere i loro problemi, con ovvio vantaggio per tutti :)
