Send order to email in Ecommerce does not arrive

When a person order in the online shop the order should be send by email to us. This email does not arrive. the confirmation is send to the buyer, so this works.
i changed the emailadres but no luck.
What can go wrong?

Remarks option does work!
Hello Leo,
Try to change email script type in step 4 data management and in case you activated the option to send the CSV file try to deactivate it since it could be your hosting provider is blocking emails with attachments to be sent.
If none of the scripts works you will need to contact the hosting support since the email is sent but blocked on the hosting server and only they can see why.
