It keep saying that license is associated with another email. I know that my email is correct. I can't update the software of use any templates. Could someone please help.

Which WebSite X5 product are you trying to activate? I see that you have already activated the demo edition of version 12. If you wish to install and activate the full version then you will need to uninstall the demo version first.
The email address used during the activation process needs to be the same one as used here to register and log in to WebSite X5 Answers.

I am trying to extvate version 12. I uninstalled the dmo version and reinstalled the full version. I am still getting the error message that the product key is associated with another email. I know that my email address is aright. Do you have any other suggestions for me.

If the email address is definitely the one which you used to register here at WebSite X5 Answers then you will have to wait for further assistance from the Incomedia support team. They usually reply within 24/48 hours. I will mark this thread for their attention on your behalf. Please continue to monitor for a reply from the support staff.
