Am receiving 'errror running file' (5) when installing WEX5 on weindows 10

hi , am trying to reload WEX8 after Windows 10 re install.
Getting error message:
E:\setup\wsx5.ev.exe Error running file. (5)
what's gone wrong this time please?
any help most welcome

Hello Roger,
you can download the setup file again by the page "my download" of your profile.
Then save the file not in e:\ but in c:\
