I have a problem when opening websiteX5 . After completion of the installation and enter the serial number it says "an error occured while running the program . Please reinstall the program . (Value can not be null . Parameter name : font ) . How does the solution ?

Have you tried uninstalling the program, reboot your computer after uninstalling. Once computer reboots then try installing it again.
