If you do not have a backup (an exported IWZIP file) then unfortunately there is no way to recover your website...  you would need to start over from scratch.

In future, be sure to export the site regularly in Step 5, and keep multiple copies of these IWZIP files in locations remote from your computer.  In this way you will always be able to restore a project quickly and easily.
