Background not exporting properly

My background is aligned fine when viewing in website x5. When exported via dreamweaver it shows online wrong. Every page has a custom background image but this one page is not working out right.

See the top of the background text is half hidden under my header.

Yes I have just dont that but it's doing the same thing?!

If an admin can take a look a the project file that would be great thanks!

I know that but admin are also here and I don't want to hand my project file to non admin. Thanks for your time. I appreciate your help!

I sorted it out just by adding more to the page it randomly fixed itself.
