Version 12 licence error installing key

while trying to download and add version 12 to anpther laptop, i get an error message - wrong licence key for product.
can anyone advise...
i have downloaded the demo version 12 a while ago and have been using the same licence for a while on my main laptop,(works perfect) but was looking to load on my spare laptop so i can travel with it..

i understand that, however, i have only installed once, this will be my 2nd installation

Go to the 'My Licences' section of your profile and copy the licence key of WebSite X5 Professional 12 and then paste it in the program during the activation procedure to try to activate it again:
