Previewer errors and crash after update to v12.08.28
Autor: Steven B.I just updated to v12.08.28. Trying to use the Preview now gives the following messages:
The procedure entrhy pont vlc.fastmem_register could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entrhy pont aout_ChannelsRestart could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entrhy pont aout_VolumeNoneInit could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entrhy pont LocaleFree could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entrhy pont pl_Get could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entrhy pontosd_ButtonFind could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
Closing the preview causes a crash and the error message CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess has stopped working
X5 is unusable to me until I can resolve this. Any help would be appreciated!

Follow-up:
Sorry for the typos in the original post; I had to type the errors, because I could not copy them.
I have completely uninstalled X5, downloaded the latest version, and reinstalled. I am getting the same errors using preview. I have searched the file libvlccore.dll, and it is used by VLC video player. I don't have any idea what it has to do with X5.
Here's the corrected list of errors I receive when I activate preview:
The procedure entry point vlc.fastmem_register could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entry point aout_ChannelsRestart could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entry point aout_VolumeNoneInit could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entry point LocaleFree could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entry point pl_Get could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
The procedure entry pointosd_ButtonFind could not be located in the dynamic link library libvlccore.dll
On closing the preview, I still receive the error message CefSharp.BrowserSubprocess has stopped working

OK, I think I found the problem! The latest version of VLC Media Player (v2.2.4) contains a dll that is somehow incompatible with X5. I uninstalled VLC and reverted to an older version (2.2.2), and the X5 Preview works fine now.
I hope this helps in case someone else has this problem!
