My program x5 professional 12 crashes

my program crashes when i make changes in the layout or when i click on preview.
the image remains and nothing reacted more.
When i forced close the program and restart it wil work for some times and the problem comes back.
i had professional 11 and never had this problem before.
Hope to hear a solution about this

Hello Claudio,
after the update was my project already there.
When i started to used it , then begon the problems.
Later i import the project manual, till now everything works without problems.
