Program continually crashing

I have seen that numerous users have complained about version 12 crashing. I have experienced a crash just about every 10 minutes and tried just about all the suggestions posted. As all my other graphic programs work just well, why is it that the Website X program have all these issues? Is there any solution Incomedia are working towards, or must we as customers just be satisfied with what we have?
Let me also say, this is a great program when it is working.

Please post the details of the error message received when the program crashes, as without this it is impossible to know where to start troubleshooting.
WebSite X5 runs on the Microsoft .NET Framework - as such it requires the Framework to be in good order on the client's PC.
Program crashes are almost invariably linked to Microsoft .NET Framework, Visual C++ issues, or Windows 10 issues.

The error message suggests that it would be beneficial to install the x86 version of Visual C++ which can be downloaded from the following link:

Be sure to install the x86 version, even if you are running a 64-bit operating system.
If, having done so, you still experience crashes, then please uninstall and reinstall WebSite X5 on your computer, and monitor the situation again.

I did also reinstall the Microsoft .NET Framework, but I will follow your suggestion as well.

Hey Paul, I followed your suggestions but I still experience a crash every few minutes.
The error that popped is the "out of memory" one and a couple of minutes later a typical windows message "The program stopped working".
For what it's worth, I also use it for video editing (Adobe collection) and multimedia graphics, without any issues. (Windows 10 Pro / GeForce GT 640 graphic card / 16gig ram / i7-4790CPU @ 4.00GHZ)

Do you get this error only with one project or with everyone?
If it happens only with one how big is this project?
The out of memory doesn't refer on the ram but on the memory management in windows which doesn't refers to the ram amount. Try also to close all programs in background and in case you have many fonts installed try to reduce them and then test it again.

Hi Claudio, I tried other new projects and it does the same. I do have a lot of fonts installed as we are graphic designers. I'll see which I can delete and revert back soonest.
