Programme stopped running

When attempting to start my programme recieve the attached message. have tried re install no joy. Any help much appreciated.

Please install all the x86 versions of the Visual C++ libraries from the following link:
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2977003
Then reboot your computer and test the program again.
