Responsive desktop view stuck

Hi,
I'm having some trouble with the responsive view in x5 pro 11. The desktop view is stuck on greater than or equal to 1920px. I want to move it down to 960 but the edit is greyed out. Viewport 1 will only allow me to change the less than so i can't bring that down to force desktop view to change.
Any suggestions?

Nvm, i worked it out. For some reason when i enabled responsive view it changed the headder to width 1920. I found this out when i took it out of responsive and previewd the site. After changing the headder width back and putting it back in responsive it's all good.

The program is providing templates for mobile , I think we may have help solve this problem . For decrease the screen is a little hard . You will find the models : Model Standardized ; Mobile Devices ( As print attached) . I hope that my response has been helpful.
