Moving text with links to dynamic content

I need to change a text object to a dynamic object. However; the text object has links at the end of each sentence (more than 25). If I copy the text and try to paste it into the new dynamic object, the links are gone and must be re-entered for each one. Is there a way to make a copy of the existing text object (with links), and then paste it into the dynamic object without loosing the links?

No, at the present moment the links must be remade manually.
If you wish you can open an 'Idea' post so that the developers could take this idea into consideration for future releases of the software.
