WebSite X5 V12 Evolution Update with V9 Licence?

Due a new Install of my OS i have to reinstall Website X5 Evolution. My license key is valid for the version v9 only i think. After installing v12, i was unable to activate the software. is there a way to download the version v9? ftp oder http link? or what about upgrading the license to v12?
