Dear all,

I am very concerned as there seems to be a major problem with this new programme (Pro13). Most of my Websites will not load into the Pro13 version and even more of a concern is that when it fails to load it seems to damage the project and it will not load back in Pro12. If I had not had a second back-up my projects they would have been totally lost.

When the importing process is in progress on my Windows 10 PC, you suddenly get an error message as shown below.

I have been using your WebSite X5 Pro for many years and this is the first time I have had this type of loading issue and to not to be able to go back to Pro12 and use the project file is not go news.

The one project I have got to work does on occasions not load in Pro13 and I have had to reload the Pro13 Programme. I get the same error message above.
