I have a question about the blog widget in version pro V13

In version pro V12 i can't manage/update the blog without  the program, I want to login at the blog and update it wherever i am, without need off the program.

I wanted to test it in the demo version of pro v13, but you can't... So before i buy it, my question...

Is it possible now with this new version off website X5 ?
