Where are the new features in V13 
Autor: Philip N.I upgraded to V13 as wanted to update my website with some of the new looks shown on the demo sites advertised. Where are they ie: floating menu, paralax, multi language site. I have tried importing my site from V12 and that is messed up as in V12 the header picture displayed much wider and the menu was inset and now the picture sits above the menu and is much smaller and I can't find any way of getting it back to where it was. Also lots of other positioning of text is now wrong. I need to upgrade my site to multilanguge but can not see anything about this in the program. I found the floating menu item and ticked the box but it did nothing. Again the paralax look is hidden. So much for easy to create these new sites.
I don't understand why it was necessary to move everything in the program so much, so far very disapointed with this upgrade.

The floating menu is a simple option, but of course the page must be long enough for it to need to float.
In the header all your text is now images, this should be replaced by text, in fact recreating the header (and footer) you will find you now have almost unlimited control over header and footer content for each resolution.
I suggest you break your request into individual posts so other users can assist, for instance I know nothing about multi-lingual sites (although I suspect you start with the welcome page) but if your post specifically requests help with this I am sure someone can assist.
