Footer becomes an image when upgrading to 13

Hi,
when upgrading from Evolution 12 to 13 Professional I note that the text boxes in the footer of the previous version have now become images which can't be edited while they were editable text in the previous version.
Is this intentional? How can I edit the footers without having to re-write the various text boxes?

Yes, any text in the footer is now converted to an image in version 13, as described in the project conversion guide:

Unfortunately, it is necessary to revise the footer content in such cases.
