Pro13 shopping cart doesnt work

can choose artical from my site and write customer details, everything work like before but hanging on whan i come to next step and clikk on buy now.
Upgrated from pro12 to pro13.
Using e-mail option to have orders details from customer.
After 2 minutes i get following message Error:Generic error

Have you tried to change email script type in step 1 expert in data management to see if then it works correclty?

I received the same 'error:Generic error message.' I have temporarily removed the shopping page from my website until I can find a soloution. Will try the email script.
