Locked Pages problem

After the last renovation(website x5 pro 13) locked pages without template are no longer request a login and password!
Sample of the locked page(without template):
http://chem-mind.com/page-5.php
But the pages with template are working as need, sample:
chem-mind.com/store.php
And everything worked fine a couple of days ago, as well as all the year before, when I used website x5 pro 12.
What should I do to solve this problem?

Hmmm, after a series of tests it became clear that the problem is not dependent on whether the page with template or without. I have a suspicion that it happened after I updated the login/logout utility today(not sure)

I found where the problem is, this bug occurs when the following conditions are met:
-for to Members ONLY (that goes without saying)
-dynamical contentorcomments (guestbook) are present on the page
When I removed the guestbook from the closed pages, they again began to require a password!
I would like to read the response of support to know that website x5 staff are aware of the problem and try to fix it! Thank you "Gregg S."!
