After installation, when trying to start program for the first time I get the message:

An error occured while running the program.
Please reinstall the program.
(Cannot load Counter Name data because an invalid index "was read from the registry.)

I tryed reinstalling several times, I even deleted the Incomedia 13 registry entry,.. the same happens.
