How to Upgrade from V 10 Evolution to V 13 Evolution?

I have read the "Conversion of Projects: How to upgrade them without any hassles" page, and my question is--I want to upgrade from Version 10 Evolution to V 13 Evolution....but I see that there are "notes for converting from version to version"....so do I have to do each of those steps....V 10 to 11, then v 11 to 12, then V 12 to 13 or am I able to just purchase V 13 and it will convert all my website from V 10?
Or--is this a special case where I need to have someone from Website X5 do the conversion for me?
I want to take advantage of my special offer to purchase V13 today, 10/31 in the USA, so would appreciate a quick reply, as I just became aware of the new version 13.

Hello Mary,
Version 13 will import projects from version 9 upwards, so you will be fine with importing from version 10. You don't need to go through consecutive versions first.
You've already read the project conversion guide, so that's good. You'll be aware that there may be some minor details that you might need to adjust, depending on your project content. But the conversion guide can help you with this.
Project conversion is certainly something you could do yourself. If you come across any specific difficulties when converting your project(s) then just let us know. We are all here to help if we can.

Thank you very much for your answer and help Paul! I need to finish a project in V10 before I can start on projects in V13, or import any projects from V10 into V13....and noticed that there is a deadline on my receipt saying that I must download my purchased V13 by today, 11/14.....
I do not have the time to convert the V10 project into V13 right now--how can I get an extension to download V13 or how can I download V13 and have it sit on my computer but still be able to work with V10 until I'm ready to import V10 into V13?
