How to open the download?

Hello,
I purchased the Pro version of Evolution13. Files name is "wsx5_pro13.exe".
Problem is when I go to open it, I gte an error stating the file extension is not recognized. Searching my machine and the net have not helped.
How do I get the file open so I can enter my key and start using the software?

a double click should do it.
What kind of pc do you have? Else try downloading latest version from her ein answers by clicking the pulldown menu nextt to your name and goto download. then double click this file after download That should be enough.
Else please add some information about your pc / specs or make a prtscrn of the error.

double click does not work. please see attached screen shot. no idea what app to use to open the download.

you cannot open the file because you have a Mac. WebSite X5 was designed and built to operate on a Windows system, however, many of our users even use it on a Mac system by adding applications such as VMWare or CrossOver on it.

I am sure it is in the fine print somewhere, but it certainly is not immediately apparent from the site, that this is the case. I'd like my money back. Whom can I contact?

I am sorry that you have asked for a refound, as I said, it was possible to use the software with an emulator. The information about the incompatibility with Mac is in every page where the product is described, where the requistes are to be found. For example, in the case of the Professional 13 : http://www.websitex5.com/en/professional.html , under "32 & 64-bit up to 50% faster" .
