E-commerce goods not increse  en

E-commerce goods is not increse, and I see goods not avaiable. Why?

This is a bug. I have a same problem, the quantity is ok when i preview local, online big bug i cant make it working at all... :(

I tested this yesterday before I posted, but only in preview. And There it works.

I will test live later on and let you now how it works out, thx X5 Croatia

I was not entirely correct, lets reframe;

I just tested, the update buttons downloads the data from website (in case something was sold)

If you adjust the available articles in x5 then you need to upload your website to your server to make the changes online and online in your database, (the preview does this offcource internally that's why it works directly)

So no bug from my end, x5 Croatia, it works correct for me also online, and also in x5 v12 and now it's ok in v13. Can you test with another provider? without firewall? You had a workaround for a language problem?

What good cause trouble? Well there are some things to keep in mind;

your pc, your firewall might block the acces to the database, the provider could block it on some level as well.

If the update button responds with connection error then the database can't be reached, so check your database settings (name,  password, username, webadress) check connection, firewall, your FAQ from your website host.

If still no connection create a new database and try again, take easy name login and password for testing.
