Hi there
My software is constantly hanging at various points of process such as saving the projects, editing text blocks and image... Yesterday I unistalled the software and reinstalled the program along with the latested updates.
I am running v13 on windows 8.

Neville, do you get error messages or does the program simply stop responding and never finishes?
Are you working on a new project or one imported from an older version?
If from an older version, and you have turned responsive on, does the program faulter if you turn off responsive?
I recently imported a non responsive project, and until I had sorted all the issues brought about by the conversion from 10 to 13, turning responsive on caused wx5 to fail in the ways you describe. Once the issues were addressed I turned on responsive and had few issues.

HI there, it simply stops responding? It is doing it on both new sites and old backup sites. On turing off the resposive setting it has helped to upload. How do I get the responsive to work? That is on the one site tmcwelding.co.za I have not checked the other one yet.

What issues need to be addressed from 10 to 13

Second that it still hangs on the destination folder window.
Neville, the main thing I had to address were unnecessarily large images, it seems WX5 13 is less tolerant of very large images. I resized all images to the maximum size necessary. When I turned on responsive I first modified the page names because in V13 if the text won't fit in one line the menu defaults to toaster menu, I then modified the header and footer for each resolution before tackling individual pages. (note that any text in your headers and footers will now be images which you can replace with text)
Incomedia have a guide to upgrading https://helpcenter.websitex5.com/es/post/154023 which may assist.
I looked at your site which appears quite large and responsive, are you sure WX5 is stopping - or just extremely slow at updating for preview? If it is extremely slow, I know one or 2 users have turned off saving automatically (although this has major risks).

It turned out to be an issue with windows, we re-installed the machine and every thing is working fine... Not sure what the actual issue was to report.
