Does anyone else have an answer to this questions as I have been going round the houses with the support team

Website X5 Evolution 13 failing to start - An Error occurred while running the programme - please reinstall the programme.
I run two user accounts on my windows 10 machine - one account gives this error then other user Website X5 works fine.
Tried the run from Admin, Reinstall C++ and reinstall software

Ian, I do not have this issue, but have been reading your posts as you try to resolve it. Have you considered starting a new profile and copying all existing data from your desktop, docs, etc to the new profile? Hopefully it is not too large a task and it should give you 2 reliable profiles to use. If I had to guess I would reckon there is a corruption in the appdata folder, but whether it's in the incomedia sub folders or a dependent applications folder could be like looking for a needle in a haystack.
