Cannot Import Products Into Website X5 shopping cart.  en

I am having issues importing a *.csv into the shopping cart.  I have developed an Excel form for my clients to describe their products and am testing it out.  My end goal is that I would like for them to fill out the Excel form, and then I would use the import function in Website X5 to import the products (the Excel form creates a format identicle to how Website X5 imports items).  However, what I am noticing is that something in Excel alters the file structure of a the *.csv file and makes it incompatible with the import function in the software.  To give you an example of what I mean, I have attached 2 files, 1 is an export directly from X5..."ShoppingCartExportedFromWebsiteX5.csv".  The other file,"Customer Product Entry List.csv", is identicle in content to "ShoppingCartExportedFromWebsiteX5.csv"; however, it was created using Excel.  "ShoppingCartExportedFromWebsiteX5.csv" WILL import into WebsiteX5 and "Customer Product Entry List.csv" WILL NOT import.  The error is "An error occurred while importing the products.  (Invalid Fields Values (Line:17))".

Can you please explain why this does not work?  I have tried saving the file as "CSV UTF-8 (Comma delimited) (*.csv)", "CSV  (Comma delimited) (*.csv)", "CSV (Macintosh) (*.csv)", and "CSV (MS-DOS) (*.csv)".
