The particular Project Template you are interested in, has been created for version 9 of WebSite X5, but I have just tried to import it in version 13 and I can confirm that it does work correctly. Please keep in mind though that it has been created for version 9, this means that you will have to adjust header and footer when you import it, then customize it according to your needs.
