Stock totals - deducting item totals from listings when sold?

I have evolution11 program and I want to be able to deduct stock from shopping/shop list when order has been placed or item sold.
If a person buys an item from the shopping page - if there is only one item available and is purchased the item still remains on/in the shopping page. How does one remove this item automaticaly when item is sold?
Is there an easy fix for this?

Wel no and yes.
v12 pro and V13 pro can do this, the evo version can't
